La Buena Vida Estates is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 160 lots. We are located on the north of Dove Valley Road between 60th and 62nd Streets in Scottsdale, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 24 miles northeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 10 miles northwest of Scottsdale Airport and Airpark with convenient access to AZ State Route 101 and 74.

Our community is served by the Cave Creek Unified School District. Children in Kindergarten through sixth grade attend Black Mountain Elementary School while those in grades seventh and eighth attend Sonoran Trails Middle School. High school students attend Cactus Shadows High School.

La Buena Vida Estates is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently Kachina Property Management.
